Practical, compassionate support that works with your body

You are not broken!

Trauma is so much more than what happened to you. It's about what happens inside you as a result & will remain frozen in time until you decide to heal. It's the body's natural survival response to what you experienced and it can show up in so many ways including, but not limited to:

- Anxiety / constant overthinking
- Imposter syndrome & self-doubt
- Grief / emotional numbness
- Low self-worth / people-pleasing
- Irritability / muscle tension
- Hypervigilance / exhaustion
- Physical symptoms like tightness, headaches, high blood pressure

With my gentle guidance, you'll learn how to retrain your nervous system and reconnect with your body's natural wisdom. I create a sense of safety and trust for you to comfortably share your experiences with compassion. You will be taught simple, practical tools that you can use anytime, anywhere, to stay grounded and live your life from a place of calm self-leadership.

Healing isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you, but releasing what's no longer serving!

Creating safety and understanding your nervous system

As safety increases, many women notice improvements in things like energy levels, emotional regulation, sensory tolerance, confidence, and their ability to cope with everyday demands. I always work collaboratively, with clear boundaries and consent, and I take time to build trust  . Alongside the sessions, I also work with nervous system mapping, which many find especially helpful . We use a simple techniques that makes internal experiences easier to notice and understand: Using gentle journalling, or visual mapping, we can explore how each state feels in your body, what situations, people, or environments tend to activate it so that you will be able to not only have the awareness of when your feeling activated but, you’ll be able to have all the tools, knowledge and understanding of your own system to gently shift into a more grounded state. I find this part of the work very useful in my own day to day as it helped so much in my own healing.

Tools to support regulation and everyday life

It’s a calm, empowering way to connect with yourself, with no right or wrong answers — just growing awareness and choice. I work alongside my clients, not pushing or rushing, but supporting them with care, validation, and respect for their lived experience . I place real importance on helping women feel seen and understood, and I gently weave in elements of positive psychology to help them reconnect with their strengths and sense of worth, especially at times when confidence may be low. I also draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a very accessible, gentle way . Rather than seeing difficulties as something “wrong”, IFS understands that we all have different parts of us that develop to help us cope — especially during stressful or overwhelming experiences. Some parts might try to protect by shutting down, staying on high alert, or avoiding certain situations.

Healing with compassion, curiosity and self-connection

In sessions, we get curious about these parts with compassion , helping you understand what they’re trying to do and why. This approach allows you to safely connect with what might holding you back — without being overwhelmed — and to gently retrain these protective responses so the nervous system no longer has to work so hard. Over time, this can create more ease, choice, and self-understanding. Its beautiful work and very rewarding for both myself & the people I help. I’m very passionate about it because like I said, the techniques I use, are what I learned during my own healing journey and I found it truly transformational.

Ready to begin your healing?

Nervous system healing blueprint day

A full-day, trauma-informed experience to help you understand your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel more like yourself again.

You’ve done the thinking.
You’ve tried to push through.
You tell yourself you should be fine by now.

But your body’s still carrying it.

Still on edge.
Still overwhelmed.
Still tired of having to hold it all together.

I see this all the time with the women I work with.
Capable, self-aware, doing everything they can…
but their nervous system is stuck in survival.

This isn’t a mindset problem.
This is your body asking for support in a different way.

Designed for the woman who doesn’t have time for weekly support… but knows she needs something

You want to feel better.
You know something needs to change.

But committing to ongoing 1:1 support right now feels like too much.

Too much time.
Too much energy.
Too much to hold alongside everything else you’ve got going on.

This day is for you.

It gives you the space, structure, and support to properly understand what’s going on in your inner world without needing to commit to weeks or months of sessions.

What happens on the day

This is a full-day immersive experience where we cover the core foundations of my 1:1 work, in a way that’s clear, practical, and actually lands.

Not rushed.
Not overwhelming.
Just the right pace so you can take it in and feel it.

I’ll guide you through:

- How your nervous system works in a way that actually makes sense

- Why you react the way you do, even when you “know better”

- Your personal patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown

- What safety feels like in your body (not just as an idea)

- How to begin regulating yourself in real, everyday moments

You’ll create your own Nervous System Blueprint something you can take away and come back to whenever you need it!

What you’ll walk away with

This isn’t just information you forget a week later. This is understanding that sticks.

You’ll leave with:

• A clearer picture of what’s actually going on inside you

• Tools you can use straight away, even on your busiest days

• A way to support yourself without needing to rely on constant external input

Why this works for busy women

Because it meets you where you are.

You don’t need to carve out hours every week.
You don’t need to overcommit.
You don’t need to be “ready” for long-term work.

You just need one day
to pause, understand, and reset.

And from there, everything starts to feel more manageable.

You don’t need fixing!

You don’t need to try harder. You don’t need more pressure.

You need understanding. You need space. You need support that actually fits your life.

That’s what this day is here to give you.
